Individual placement fulfills a part of our mission is to assist the developmentally disabled to reach their full potential. Through extensive applicant screening we establish comprehensive services centered on employment readiness, and preparation for a job position in the community. The job developers role is to help facilitate the individual placement of a candidate into a full or part time position, with support of an on site job coach. Services offered include:
